The e-catalogue:
In 2015 the Company started the development of an e-catalogue of equipment and materials.
The E-catalogue is integrated into the BIM system, budgeting and bill of material issuing tools. Since 2017, up to 100% of the infrastructure facilities are designed on the basis of equipment from the e-catalogue.
The use of the e-catalogue has enabled to develop and deliver to the customer 11,540 bills of material in e-form.
The e-catalogue includes:
- Specifications and unit costs of equipment, products and materials;
- Equipment 2D and 3D models with manufacturer information, regulatory documents and certificates;
- Vendor management record.
Integration of the e-catalogue with NLMK SAP ERP allows customers to promptly align the changes in the composition of equipment and materials, their technical parameters, estimated cost and thereby shorten the project lead time.
