NLMK Engineering cooperates with leading universities of Russia. The Company participates in organizing industrial and pre-diploma internships for students. Experienced mentors and engineers work with students.
In 2015 NLMK Engineering launched a programme of additional vocational training on the basis of Lipetsk State Technical University. During the training the participants receive a scholarship from NLMK Engineering; each of them is guaranteed employment in the Company after they graduate.
