NLMK Engineering develops design and working documentation for capital construction facilities of any complexity.
The scope of design and construction works includes:
- Collection of initial data
- Design basis and criteria
- Engineering surveying and reporting
- Design concept
- Basic design
- Full product specifications for energy carriers and electricity supply
Development of design documentation according to the Town Planning Code and RF Government Regulation No.87 d.d. 16 February 2008 “On the scope of the design documentation sections and requirements to their content”.
Other documents stipulated by the federal law, which may be required for the design or commissioning of the facility:
- Declaration of industrial safety of hazardous production facilities
- Development and approval of the layout of sanitary protection areas
- Utilities monitoring system (UMS)
- Project specific technical specifications (PSTS)
Working documentation in accordance with Order of the Federal Agency on Technical Regulation and Metrology No. 525-st d.d. 30 November 2009, GOST R 21.1101-2013 “Main requirements for design and working documents” in the scope set out in design documentation, including other documents:
- Automated process control system (APCS)
- Motor control centre (MCC)
- Information and measurement system of dispatching record (IMSDR)
- Non-standard equipment
Additional services include:
- Expert review of design documentation
- Maintenance of design documentation until its approval in the expert review
- Designer supervision
- Construction control
- Development of a separate book of documentation for the purpose of selective tendering for general contractor with an indication of construction and installation works schedule and the scope of work for each facility
