NLMK Engineering is one of the biggest design companies in the Russian metals and mining industry. The Company is engaged in designing facilities for steel industry, power engineering, mechanical engineering, transport and others.

In making integrated designs of industrial facilities the Company uses best global practices and technologies, including BIM technologies (Building Information Modelling), project scope and cost management programmes, unique performance standards system for designers and project management information system, advanced CRM (customer relations management) techniques.

The Company offers integrated design solutions:

Design works permits

A permit for certain type or types of works which influence safety of objects of capital construction, including severely hazardous and technically complex capital construction objects (excluding objects of nuclear energy use):

preparation of the scheme of the planning organization of the parcel of land;
preparation of architectural solutions;
preparation of constructive solutions;
preparation of data on the internal engineering equipment, internal networks of technical support, on the list of technical measures;
preparation of data on external networks of technical support, on the list of technical measures;
preparation of technological solutions;
development of special sections of the project documentation;
preparation of projects of actions on ensuring fire safety;
preparation of draft measures to ensure access for people with limited mobility;
inspection of construction structures of buildings and constructions
organization of preparation of project documentation attracted by the Builder or the customer on the basis of the contract by the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur (General designer)
